Bengals

Bengals - a cross between an Asian Leopard Cat and a domestic cat. We had wanted to add a Bengal to the family for so long and put off as we did not want to upset Skamp by bringing a new cat into the house where he had been boss for so long. So we really don't know what made us start looking for a suitable breeder early in 2004. After doing the inevitable www seaching and sending a few emails we made an appointment to go to a local breeder to see if bengals and us would be compatible. We selected 2 kittens - hoping that this would help ease them into the home then only three weeks later Skamp died. Maybe it was fate, maybe he had sent us to look for them knowing he was not going to be around. Very sadly it was these 2 kittens we met first who later died very soon after we brought them home.....

In the meantime we had selected 2 more, then a 3rd (or should that be 5th) and these three little kittens very soon acquired the nickname of alleycats, please find out more about our alleycats here.
