Bezza & Bummer

Bummer joined the family in August 1999 being rescued from Morgan Imports in Durham, NC and selected as he was the only of his type that was without his bow. He was always a loveable huggy and tatty bear, and was also quiet until Bezza joined us in 2001. Bezza is a Build-A-Bear bear built and rescued from San Francisco while helping Sue over jet lag as she had just flown in from the UK to join G who had been there for a week already on business. Along with him came Bezzas Bear and also a whole new wardrobe. He returned home and was united with Bummer and they have been unseparable ever since. His wardrobe expanded over several trips to the US by both Sue & G and then the problem - Bummer declared he wanted clothes too !!!! Which has now given them both a big problem of what to wear in the morning - is it raining, are they needed in hospital, just jackets needed, off to work or playing football as just a few examples.

Both bears are now well dressed and often take part in the charity events, Jeans for Genes and the Wrong Trousers.

 

This year, joined by DizB they became reindeers for Christmas, guess it was better than last year when we had an Eskimo (courtesy of Bummer) and and Elf (Bezza).
